Discover the essence and the magic of your Being. For conscious women who want to awaken to their full feminine power and being. These regular meetings take place once a month in Lucerne to initiate transformation and healing processes.
Together with wonderful women who are on the same journey as you, you can recharge your batteries and relax from daily life.
Through satsang, inspiration, sound healing and meditation we will open up to new approaches for a more conscious life and you will be able to reconnect to your soul essence. These meetings are a safe space in which to tell the truth about what really matters, what you truly want, and to expose every imagined obstacle to true happiness. The evenings develop through the participants topics and questions.

Women-Circle “Fullmoon”, by invitation only, once a month. On full moons, conscious women meet for an evening of sound, meditation, teachings, exchange, support, etc. This is a group that is constantly evolving. If you are interested, please contact me!

A group of people (women and men) are coming together for meditation, getting touched by healing sounds and stillness.
A journey to yourself
Let yourself be touched by different healing sound frequencies. Open yourself to your very own sound, which connects you deeply with your heart. The sounds of different Percuisson music instruments from all over the world (Handpan (Hang drum), Ocean drum (Sea drum), Motherdrum, Rain tube, Singing bowls, Cymbals, Chimes, Pu'u, as well as a special "Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl" and more..... let you dive into another world, deep relaxation can happen. The control of your mind fades into the background. Embark on a journey into inner silence, accessing your inner resources, experiences of healing and transformation may be experienced.

SOUND journey AND VOCAL TONING
Transformation through vibration. The whole universe consits of sound and vibration. We are part of the whole, connected by the sound of the world. The healing power of the human voice, "vocal toning" is a profound tool to heal, to access your heart. At the center of the Vocal Yoga the primary sound is OM/AUM. One speaks of the union with the eternal sound as the source of all living things and the effect on the subtle body with its energy systems. Through a sound journey with different instruments you will be led into silence, afterwards we balance our energy with the vibration of our own voice, cleanse our chakra energy system. We come in contact with our own soul-song. The power of our voice has a huge healing power, deep relaxation happens. No previous experience or singing skills necessary.
